Aspen’s oldest and only full scale bakery!  We bake it all: artisan breads, croissants, bagels, muffins, cookies, pies and everything in-between. Our shop at the Aspen Airport Business Center is a local’s mecca for early AM coffee, breakfast burritos and chocolate croissants. We’re the must-go-to for lunch and our sweet treats.

We take pride in our baking and use only 100% organic wheat flours, local farm fresh eggs, milk, produce as available and pasture-raised beef. Our artisan breads and boiled bagels are slow-rise sourdough made by hand.

We bake only what we love and we hope you do too!
