Founded by the Tonare Brothers in 1982, Louis Swiss has been Aspen and the Roaring Fork River Valley’s home for freshly baked artisan breads and pastries as well as breakfast and lunch specials. Owned and operated by MML Hospitality & Pastry Chef Jennifer Tucker since 2023, Louis Swiss continues to serve the mountain community with the finest baked goods and deli favorites.
